How Atta Video AI handles your data, credentials, and content.
Atta Video AI stores account credentials, video job settings, scripts, scene plans, generated media references, and output file locations needed to operate your video production workflow.
All API keys and OAuth tokens entered through the dashboard are encrypted using Fernet symmetric encryption before storage. Credentials are never displayed in readable form and are never included in logs.
Scripts, narration audio, captions, scene media, and rendered videos are stored on your dedicated server. You have full control over retention, deletion, and backups. We do not access your generated content.
When configured, the platform sends requests to external AI providers (Gemini, Together AI), stock media services (Pexels, Pixabay, Coverr, Openverse), and publishing platforms (YouTube, Facebook via Zernio). These services process data according to their own privacy policies.
Atta Video AI uses Google OAuth to connect YouTube channels. We request only the permissions needed for channel identification and video uploading. OAuth tokens are encrypted before storage.
Google user data is used solely for the YouTube publishing features you request. It is never sold, used for advertising, shared with data brokers, or used to train AI models. Google data is not disclosed to third parties except as needed to provide the functionality you requested or comply with applicable law.
When you disconnect a YouTube channel, stored OAuth tokens are removed. You can also revoke access through your Google Account settings.
Facebook publishing uses the Zernio API as an intermediary. Your Zernio API key is encrypted before storage. Connected Facebook page information is synced from Zernio and stored locally for publishing functionality.
Access to the dashboard requires an authenticated session. Session cookies are HTTP-only, secure, and expire after 7 days of inactivity.
The server may record technical logs including request details, errors, and processing events for monitoring and troubleshooting. Logs are stored on your dedicated server.
As a dedicated instance user, you control all data on your server including user access, backups, retention periods, and third-party integrations. We do not have access to your server unless you explicitly grant it for support purposes.
