Atta Video AI is an AI-powered video production platform delivered as a dedicated server instance. The service includes automated script generation, narration, visual media collection, caption creation, avatar overlay, video rendering, and publishing to YouTube and Facebook.
Access to Atta Video AI requires an active monthly subscription. Plans and pricing are listed on the website. Subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Each dedicated instance is licensed to the subscribing individual or organization. Login credentials must not be shared with unauthorized individuals. You are responsible for all activity on your instance.
You are responsible for reviewing all generated content including scripts, narration, media, captions, and final videos before publication or distribution. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unsuitable material that requires human review.
The platform sources stock media from third-party providers (Pexels, Pixabay, Coverr, Openverse, Wikimedia). You must verify that media used in your videos complies with the licensing terms of each provider for your intended use.
AI providers, stock media services, publishing platforms (YouTube, Facebook), and other integrations are independent services. Their availability, accuracy, licensing terms, rate limits, and pricing are governed by their own policies and may change without notice.
Video production depends on server resources, GPU availability, storage, network connectivity, and external API availability. While we strive for high uptime, continuous or uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Fully Managed plan subscribers receive monitoring and maintenance support.
Personal Dedicated plan subscribers are responsible for their server security, access controls, backups, and software updates. Fully Managed plan subscribers receive these services as part of their plan.
You retain full ownership of all content you create using Atta Video AI, including scripts, videos, and published materials. The Atta Video AI software and its underlying technology remain the property of the developer.
Atta Video AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses resulting from AI-generated content, publishing errors, service interruptions, third-party service changes, or data loss. Your maximum liability is limited to the fees paid in the current billing period.
These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Subscribers will be notified of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
